Title: History’s burden

Carton, wood, bark
190 x 120 x 310 cm
2021

Site-specific installation created during If Paradise Is Half as Nice #11, realized in an abandoned bakery and a former Kaufhaus in Meuselwitz, Germany. The work engages with the notion of the weight of history—an experience that becomes particularly tangible in abandoned spaces. Over time, countless ideas and ideals are lost, lingering like sediment and slowly seeping into the walls of these places.
